Your information is precious. Here, in simple terms, is what I do with the information you entrust to me on this site.

Who is responsible?

What information?

Only what you enter in the forms: name, phone, email address, the meeting slot you want, your message and, if you ask, your answers to the online review. The calculators run entirely in your browser: nothing you enter there is sent to me.

What for?

To contact you at your request, prepare our first conversation, and send you the Point de vue letter if you have subscribed. Nothing else: your information is never sold or passed on.

For how long?

Three years after our last contact if we don't work together. For the letter subscription, until you unsubscribe: simply reply “stop” to any mailing.

Who has access?

Only me. The site is hosted by Netlify, which receives the forms on my behalf, under a GDPR-compliant contract.

Cookies and third-party services

This site uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: this service receives your device's IP address to display the page.

Your rights

You can at any time access your information, correct it, have it deleted or object to its use, by writing to bouvierroland@aol.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
